1. General Policy

Karnics is committed to providing high-quality IT services. This refund policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for our services.

2. Custom Development Services

For custom software, mobile, and web development projects:

  • No refunds are available once development work has commenced
  • Refunds may be considered only if Karnics fails to deliver agreed-upon functionality
  • Partial refunds may be issued for undelivered project milestones
  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of project completion

3. Industrial Training Programs

For industrial training and educational services:

  • Full refund available if cancellation is made 7 days before program start
  • 50% refund for cancellations made 3-6 days before program start
  • No refund for cancellations made less than 3 days before program start
  • Refunds may take 15-20 business days to process

4. Consultation Services

For IT consulting and advisory services:

  • Full refund if cancellation is made 48 hours before scheduled consultation
  • No refund for no-shows or cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance
  • Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional fees

5. Support and Maintenance Services

For ongoing support and maintenance packages:

  • Pro-rated refund for unused months if service is cancelled mid-term
  • No refund for setup fees or one-time charges
  • Refunds are processed at the end of the billing cycle

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Domain registration and hosting fees
  • Third-party software licenses
  • Setup and installation fees
  • Custom design work once approved
  • Emergency support services

7. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  • Submit a written request to refunds@karnics.com
  • Include your invoice number and reason for refund
  • Allow 5-7 business days for review and processing
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method

8. Exceptions

Karnics reserves the right to make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis, particularly for extenuating circumstances.
