1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Karnics' website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Services Description

Karnics provides IT services including but not limited to mobile application development, web application development, software development & support, AI-based applications, desktop applications, and industrial training.

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information for project requirements
• Respond promptly to project-related communications
• Make timely payments as per agreed terms
• Provide necessary resources and access for project completion

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms include:

• Project milestones and payment schedules will be clearly defined
• Advance payment may be required for project initiation
• Late payments may incur interest charges
• All prices are subject to change without prior notice

5. Project Timeline and Delivery

Project timelines are estimates based on current requirements. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or changes in project scope.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the custom-developed code and deliverables. Karnics retains rights to reusable components and methodologies.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all proprietary information shared during the course of business.

8. Warranty and Support

We provide:

• 30-day warranty for bug fixes after project delivery
• Ongoing support packages available at additional cost
• Training and documentation as agreed in project scope

9. Limitation of Liability

Karnics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Termination does not relieve the client of payment obligations for work completed.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through mutual discussion. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Noida, India.
